1000+ ASIS Attendees Visited Pixim’s Booth
At ASIS, the preeminent trade show dedicated to security, Pixim’s booth was buzzing. Pixim delivered more than 50 presentations in its theater, often with standing room only, and many participants left with a smile, as Pixim gave away 50 cameras and a $3000 travel voucher for a Dream Vacation.
In addition, more than 40 Pixim Partners featured Pixim’s Digital Pixel System® technology at ASIS. Pixim's Partners, a network of companies that are committed to developing, manufacturing, selling and/or supporting cameras based on Pixim's products, showcased Pixim's Digital Pixel System technology in multiple ways. Some of these companies developed live demos, others incorporated the Digital Pixel System messages in their trade show materials, and many displayed Pixim's Digital Pixel System logo.
Pixim supported its Partners with a compelling presentation in its booth, handouts directing attendees to Pixim's Partners' booths, side-by-side demos, and booth signage that clearly demonstrated the advantages of Pixim's technology. Financial Security: ATMs
Pixim-Powered Cameras Tackle Difficult ATM Lighting Conditions
Because of the potential for cash robberies and identity theft, ATM machines use security cameras to monitor the people conducting transactions, as well as the surrounding area. These cameras must operate 24/7 in all lighting conditions, including bright sunlight, darkest night, and outdoor parking and street lights. If they’re located in glass-enclosed lobbies, the ATM cameras must contend with fluorescent lighting and glare through the windows. In many of these lighting conditions, traditional CCD cameras cannot capture enough detail to identify suspected thieves or robbers.
