More than 40 Pixim Partners will feature Pixim's Digital Pixel System® technology at ASIS 2008

Pixim Inc, a leading provider of image sensors and processors for enterprise security cameras, has announced that more than 40 companies will be showcasing Pixim's Digital Pixel System® technology at ASIS 2008, the preeminent trade show dedicated to security.
ASIS 2008 will be held from 15th to 18th September at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, with an expected attendance of more than 23,000 security professionals.
John Monti, vice president of marketing and business development, Pixim said: "Pixim's Digital Pixel System technology helps catapult video security cameras to new levels of performance, delivering unparalleled image quality, natural color and higher compression rates across all lighting conditions. The Digital Pixel System technology brand logo is a clear signal to system integrators, dealers, distributors and end users that they are specifying or purchasing a camera that meets the highest standards of image quality"
Today, more than 250 camera models have incorporated Pixim's Digital Pixel System technology. Unlike traditional cameras, where each pixel cannot adjust to highlights and lowlights in the same scene, each Pixim® pixel automatically adjusts to produce an optimal exposure for all illumination levels, including very bright areas and dark-shadowed areas simultaneously. The summation of image data from an entire scene's pixels translates into a more complete, accurate picture that provides higher resolution, superior color rendering and better compression, in all lighting conditions.
Pixim's Partners, a network of companies that are committed to developing, manufacturing, selling and/or supporting cameras based on Pixim's products, will be showcasing Pixim's Digital Pixel System technology in multiple ways. Some of these companies have developed live demos, others have incorporated the Digital Pixel System messages in their trade show materials, and many will be displaying Pixim's Digital Pixel System logo.
Pixim is supporting its Partners with a compelling presentation in its Booth 4945, handouts directing attendees to Pixim's Partners' booths, and side-by-side demos that clearly demonstrate the advantages of Pixim's technology. Pixim's presentation will be conducted every 30 minutes, and attendees will be eligible to win a Dallmeier Picodome camera after each presentation. In addition, all attendees will be entered to win Pixim's dream vacation, worth $3,000.
